When does a search count?
When you press “Find my sample size” and the assistant starts. Changing the assumptions, choosing another study, downloading the Word file or the reviewer questions for that topic does not use another search.
What if a search fails?
If the search stops because of a problem on our side, the search is given back automatically.
Do searches expire?
No. Unused searches stay in your account.
Can I get a refund?
Unused searches can be refunded within 7 days of buying. See the refund policy.
Is my payment safe?
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to us.
Institution pack
100 searches in one account, bought by a research team, department or institution for its members' studies. For a GST invoice in the institution's name, write to [email protected] after paying.
