Master chart and free data check
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, one row per participant and one column per variable, with the column names in the first row. The file is read on your computer and is never uploaded. Remove names, phone numbers and hospital numbers; columns that look like them are left out anyway.

An Excel master chart with one column for each field of your synopsis proforma, a list of codes in each category cell, and a codebook. Choose your synopsis in step 1 first.
Variables
Check how each column is read: a number, categories, or yes/no. Give clear names (they appear in the tables), fix category names, and leave out columns you do not need. Then make new variables: groups (age groups, HbA1c ≥7%), scale scores (HAM-D, PHQ-9, IIEF-5 and others), totals or combined categories.
Table and figure plan
Say how many tables and figures you need. The AI proposes them objective by objective, with the right test for each; you can tick, untick, rename and reorder them. Free.
